How do I know if it will fit me?

Our size guide below can be used as an indication of what the clothing sizes are in store. We use these size guides when we make the clothes so that they can fit according to the standard size. Sizes are not the same on all people but these are based on market standards as used in South Africa.

How do I shop online?

Online shopping is an easy and convenient method of getting the products you love. 

  1. Navigate and click on the picture or description of the item you want

  2. Select the size/colour if applicable

  3. Click the "ADD TO CART"  button

  4. You can edit the number of items by increasing or decreasing the number of items each in your basket

  5. If happy, click the "CHECK OUT" button

  6. Enter your details 

  7. Check on the left side that all your products are the correct sizes & colour

  8. Click "Continue to shipping method"

  9. Select either standard or Express shipping with the associated costs

  10.  Select to pay either by debit or credit card, for this option you will be redirected to a secure payment site

  11. You can also pay by sending us a direct deposit to our account (T&C's apply)

  12. Select whether or not the billing address is the same as the shipping address, if not enter the desired address

  13. Click complete order

  14. Once completed we will send you a confirmation e-mail and start processing your order

What payment methods are available to me?

  • When you have chosen to go to payments, the debit/credit card option will be automatically selected. If you want to pay by either debit/credit card click on complete order. You will be directed to a safe & secure site where you can enter your card details as well as the OTP (one time pin) sent by your bank (if applicable). Once completed you will be redirected back to our site.

  • Yo can also pay by sending us a direct deposit or EFT on the banking details provided. Please note we require proof of payment (POP) once you have made the deposit. Once the payment has been made, please send your POP to shop@dineostudio.com. Only when the POP has been received will your order be processed. Please note if no POP is receive within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled. Important, please use your order number, Name & Surname as reference.

When & How will I receive my order?

An e-mail will be sent to you once we have have received your order. Your order will then be processed & sent to you. Please note delivery time of the order depends on the shipping method you selected at check out. See shipping & returns for more details.

Standard shipped parcels are sent via Fastway couriers

Express shipped parcels are sent via Aramex

Please note: We strive to get your order to you ASAP, however we depend on the courier services to get your orders to you on time. 

Please note: All orders placed before 12PM be will sent out on the same day. All other orders will be processed the following day. Our service provider promise is overnight  02 2- 3 days deliver in Main centers. For outlying areas it may take up to 7 days to deliver your parcel.  

Please note: We work all the time to serve you, however on some weekends we catch some zzzz's to rejuvenate. In some cases, orders will be processed on Saturdays, in some we might not be able to do so. On Sundays we rest. If you urgently need an item, of course we will try our best to make a plan. How Can I return my order? 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
If the item has stains, ourdours etc.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
f you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (Not Applicable applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dineostudio@gmail.com and send your item to: 101 Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth Cape town 7800.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
